Shipping policy
We are proud to offer a variety of products that are individually handcrafted to your specifications. Many of these products are available for same business day shipping if ordered before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), or the next business day afterwards. Estimated time to ship are listed with each product.
All shipments originate at our facility in Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada.
Determining Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart, you can either:

Get an economy shipping estimate

Go to your Cart

Scroll to "Estimate Shipping & Taxes by entering your zip code." (At least one item must be present)

Enter your zip code, and select the destination country

Click "Estimate"

Estimated shipping charges and taxes will will collect on your behalf will be listed.

Select method at checkout

Once you have items in your Cart, go to your Cart

Scroll and click "Checkout" located at the bottom of the screen

Complete the Shipping Address information and be sure this is correct as it cannot be changed later and Click "Shipping Options"

Once we receive the shipping fees from our carriers, we will display your options along with any flat rate options available

Each item will display its rate and estimated delivery date
Shipping times
Estimates for shipping times are calculated at checkout. When selecting your desired method, you can also view the estimated delivery time based on our carrier's standard delivery time. Eternity's Touch, Inc. is not responsible if the carrier fails to deliver the product by the estimated delivery timeline. Shipments are subject to UPS' Terms and Conditions of Service or Purolator Terms and Conditions of Service.
Tracking information
We email an advanced shipment notification at the time of shipment with the tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link included in the email, or using our Order Status Page, UPS' Tracking Service, or Purolator Tracking Service. It is your responsibility to have someone available to receive the shipment at the destination.
Remote locations
Remote locations are postal/zip codes that are difficult to serve. Examples are:

Towns far from a shipper's hub

Towns that are infrequentlty served by shippers
Only Economy or Standard shipping is available when the shipping address is a remote location. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to these locations.
International shipping
We accept international orders over the web for delivery to most places. The shipping prices shown are used to estimate the cost of the shipment and shipping charges may change depending on the size and destination of international deliveries. Most shipments will ship at our quoted rate and no change will be required. If, however, we are required to adjust the ship rate we will contact you by email to confirm the new charge. For this reason we ask that you use an e-mail address that you check regularly so that we can ship your order in a timely manner. It is also helpful to check your spam folder as it is possible major providers may filter customer service e-mails incorrectly.
Duties and taxes
All shipments outside of the United States of America and Canada, it is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any outstanding duties and taxes. we hold no liability in regards to these charges.
Preferred courier
We make most of our shipments by UPS or Purolator, however, from time to time and at our discretion, we may ship by a different courier. You will be notified by email through our advanced shipping notification email we send to you at time of shipment.
