Returns
All of our products are crafted to your specifications. Because each piece is unique and custom to you, we can only accept returns that involve manufacturing defects or damages during shipping. In such instances, please contact us within 72 hours of the shipment being received and explain the problem and we will work to make it right. You may be required to submit additional information such as an order number and pictures of the product. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us to include with your return. If any item is received without a RMA, it cannot be processed. Don't worry, we will assist you through the entire process.
